The PIE Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation that is chartered by the State of Illinois and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is composed of business, community, and education leaders who share a deep commitment to educational excellence. The Foundation is operated independently of the beneficiary school districts' Boards of Education.
